Warranty Protection

Buying a home is a sound investment and we protect your purchase for years with one of Western Canada's leading warranty administrators, National Home Warranty Group.

The 2-5-10 home warranty insurance is given to all new Essence homes built in BC, as required by the Homeowner Protection Act of BC. This plan is widely recognized as one of the most effective home warranty standards in Canada.

Every new BC Essence home is protected with:
· 2 years' coverage on labour and materials

· 5 years' coverage on the building envelope, including coverage on unintended water penetration
· 10 years' coverage on major structural items
